Order Support

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with the tracking link. You can also track it from your Account Dashboard under 'Recent Orders'.
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn't been processed for dispatch. Contact support immediately for cancellations.

Product & Warranty

Absolutely. We only list 100% genuine and brand-new components sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and vetted suppliers.
Warranty claims are processed as per the manufacturer's policy. You can initiate a claim through our support portal with your invoice and product details.

Shipping & Returns

Currently, we only support secure online payments to ensure seamless fulfillment. We accept all major cards, UPI, and Netbanking.
We offer a 'Correct Fitment Guarantee'. If you used our vehicle selector and the part still doesn't fit, we will arrange a zero-cost exchange.
